Liturgical Ministries

Nearly 100 lay members of our parish serve in various roles assisting the ordained priests and deacons.  Youth serve at a altar during Mass or in support of the Mass by assisting in care of linens, vessels, etc., necessary to celebrate Mass.  Children and adults sing in our music ministry.  Parishioners who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation and subsequent preparation serve as lectors, the readers of Sacred Scripture, excluding the Gospel, and of particular prayers.  Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC) help distribute the Eucharist if needed during Mass and outside of church to people unable to come to church to receive the Sacrament.  Please consider volunteering for one or more of these vital roles.
